Were you aware that one in four Americans between the ages of 44 and 70 are interested in starting their own business or nonprofit in the next decade? To support this growing population of 40+ entrepreneurs, SBA and AARP have joined together to create the Encore Entrepreneurs initiative.
Whether you are interested in starting a small business right away or are intending to wait until after retirement, now is the time to explore the possibilities. SBA has a number of resources and tools to help encore entrepreneurs effectively prepare for starting and running a small business.
Join these organizations for this workshop to listen to experienced business owners who started their business later in life. After listening to the speakers, network with the many local resource partners at the mentor minifair.
