Erin Baker’s Wholesome Baked goods has been a fixture in Bellingham for two decades now. The iconic breakfast cookies produced here in town are sold in local grocery stores, on Western’s campus, and at outlets across the country. As the brand has grown, so has business, and Erin Baker’s now occupies a large production facility on Ohio Street. Join the Chamber of Commerce in celebrating the success of this local business!

Join Bellingham mayor Kelli Linville, the Erin Baker’s staff, and the chamber of commerce at the 20th Anniversary celebration and ribbon cutting on January 28th. The retail store will be offering 20% all products during the week of the event, and the celebration will involve giveaways and the chance to sample products from local vendors.

The event will be held on Wednesday January 28th, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the Erin Baker’s retail store, located at 427 Ohio St, Bellingham. It is free to attend, and requires no registration.
