Join the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce for the grand opening/ribbon cutting at DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) at Bellis Fair Mall. Designer Shoe Warehouse (commonly abbreviated as DSW) is a specialty brand footwear store. The location has been under development since June, 2014, and will host their grand opening in April.
